► How do I become an Investor?

Becoming an Investor-Partner is easy and can be done in a few simple steps:

1 Subscribe to our Investor-Partner newsletter which has information on the Joint Equity Scheme, news about us and the property market and selected investment alerts.

2 Become a Registered Investor-Partner by completing our short registration form and paying the registration fee.

3 Use your personal log in details to access the Investment Register and view the latest available Joint Equity opportunities.

► Making an investment is also easy.

1 From the Investment Register request full investment reports on all the investments that interest you.

2 If there are any that you want to invest in place a reservation on them.

3 Complete the finance application form when your chosen investment is ready.

4 Sign the contracts – for purchase and the Joint Equity agreement.

5 Complete purchase & sit back!

6 Take up one of the exit options when you’re ready   to realise some, or part, of your investment.
