It’s important to consider your Joint Equity investment as part of your financial portfolio - whether you are one of our Owners or Investors.
However, the Joint Equity Scheme is a new way of owning & investing in property, and not all IFAs (Independent Financial Advisors) are fully familiar with us. This is why we’ve put together a list of IFAs who know about Joint Equity and will be able to advise you on financial matters accordingly.

Our IFAs are all formally registered advisors who adhere to the appropriate codes of conduct.
They receive no commission from us, so their independent status is assured.
